No material corrections published yetThe public log will be updated when a reader report leads to a confirmed change.

What counts as a correction?

A correction is a confirmed change to a calculation, conversion, explanation, date-counting rule, accessibility behaviour, or other published information that could affect how a reader uses a page. Small wording, styling, or routine maintenance changes may appear only through the visible review date on the affected page.

How reports are investigated

  1. We record the page, inputs, expected result, actual result, browser, and date supplied.
  2. We reproduce the report with representative and boundary values.
  3. We compare the implementation with the written formula, assumptions, and relevant source or convention.
  4. We make the smallest reliable change, rerun the affected checks, and review the rendered page.
  5. When a material issue is confirmed, we add a dated, non-identifying entry to this log.

What the public record will include

Future entries will name the affected page, the month and year of the change, what was corrected, and whether the tool’s logic, explanation, or user interface changed. We will not publish a reader’s name, email, client information, private inputs, or other identifying details without explicit permission.
